Our world is changing rapidly and dramatically. Christian efforts to reach the people of this new world must often be prepared to change with it. You may be part of the answer!

IOM is a highly flexible organization uniquely positioned to respond to twenty-first century Mission issues. Our specialty is linking proven ministries with unmet needs, and doing it in creative ways. We don't have a "way we have always done it." We try to find needs not being addressed by others, and we give people in the field freedom to find the solution in unique and fruitful ways. The result is often a piece of God's redemption in twenty-first century style.

IOM thinks in terms of serving . . . serving churches and missionaries who are seeking to better serve the Lord of the Harvest. We serve with a relational attitude, joining the efforts of "sending" churches, oversight teams, indigenous partners, missionaries and mission agencies.

We try to do this while carefully preserving the relationships between the local church and the missionaries. Our goal is to assist those whom the Lord has called to get to the field, and there to serve them according to their unique context and needs. Our part is helping to ensure that the needed resources, tools, coworkers, and the encouragement are there to do the job.
